Solo Select Horses provides equine reproduction services including embryo transfer, semen collection and shipping, and related veterinary coordination. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

SMS Communications

By providing your phone number to Solo Select Horses, you consent to receive text messages from us related to your services. These may include:

• Billing and payment reminders

Payment

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Solo Select Horses reserves the right to require payment in advance for new clients or for services exceeding standard terms.

Equine reproduction involves biological processes that cannot be guaranteed. Solo Select Horses is not liable for outcomes resulting from factors outside our control, including animal health, genetic factors, or natural biological variation.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
