Before private access opens
Here’s exactly how full portal access works.
You can look through this guide and the stallion roster right now. When you are ready to open the private records connected to your account, Solo asks you to complete three setup steps.

Create your secure login
Creating an account does not commit you to a breeding or service. It gives you a private place where Solo Select can connect records that belong to you.
- 02
Review the one-time GSA
The General Services Agreement is the foundation for working with Solo Select. It covers service authority, care, electronic records, billing terms, and the responsibilities that apply across departments—so the same ground rules do not have to be rebuilt for every request.
- 03
Add a payment method
A valid card is kept securely by Stripe for amounts that become due under the agreements and services you approve. Adding it is not itself a payment: Stripe places a temporary $0.50 verification authorization that Solo Select cancels immediately and never collects.
Important to know
Creating a login does not buy anything, and saving a payment method is not an open-ended purchase. The GSA establishes the ground rules for approved services and amounts due; pricing, invoices, receipts, and account activity remain visible in your portal.
This is the beginning, not the finish line.
The portal will continue moving more of the client experience into one connected place: clearer alerts, more self-service requests, richer timelines, and easier access to the records and documents behind every service.
